I’m a fan of the Alto three-seater for its clean lines and muted mineral shade, which slots effortlessly into contemporary, Scandi-inspired or minimal industrial schemes. The capelo linen-cotton blend has a lived-in look that’s soft to the touch, while the slender black metal legs keep the overall feel light and uncluttered.
For styling, layer on a couple of cushions in complementary tones - think soft terracotta or deep olive - to add warmth without overpowering the sofa’s calm base. Position it against a pale wall and anchor the space with a low-pile rug in a natural fibre. A slim console table or a pair of side tables will complete the look, plus a leafy plant nearby will introduce a fresh, organic contrast.

Heal's is a well-known British furniture store with a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1810 when John Harris Heal and his son started a business for feather products but soon moved into furniture.
By the 1900s, almost everyone in London knew Heal's for its great furniture. Interestingly, they were also among the first to sell electric lights in Britain. During World War II, their main store even helped by making parachutes for soldiers.
