I particularly like the Alto sofa for its clean lines and subtle tin-grey weave, which sits neatly on those slim black legs without feeling too austere. Its restrained profile makes it a versatile three-seater for modern, Scandinavian or mid-century inspired schemes, and the broad-weave fabric gives enough texture to stop it looking flat.
For styling, anchor it with a low-pile rug and a simple coffee table in light oak or glass to play off the slender frame. Add two or three scatter cushions in muted terracotta or soft petrol blue for a touch of contrast, and drape a lightweight wool throw over one arm to introduce a cosy layer without overwhelming the minimalist look.

Heal's is a well-known British furniture store with a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1810 when John Harris Heal and his son started a business for feather products but soon moved into furniture.
