I’m a fan of the Alto sofa in steel boucle for its clean lines and tactile finish - it brings subtle texture without overwhelming a space. The slim black legs lift the piece so it feels light, making it ideal for modern, Scandi-inspired or minimalist interiors.
For styling, anchor it with a soft, low-pile rug and add cushions in muted tones or a single bold accent to tie in neighbouring furniture. A slim console table behind or a pair of simple side tables keep the look balanced, while a floor lamp with a slim profile highlights the boucle fabric and creates a cosy reading nook.

Heal's is a well-known British furniture store with a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1810 when John Harris Heal and his son started a business for feather products but soon moved into furniture.
