The Allora Love Seat is our latest collaboration with Danish studio Says Who. Designed exclusively for Heal's, the sofa features a slim shape and a lightweight frame, meaning it's the perfect fit for tight spaces. With a sprung base for comfort and Quallofil® Blue for sustainability – made from recycled bottles, no less – it comes in a choice of Heal's fabrics with a selection of finishes for the legs.

I love this loveseat because of its contemporary yet inviting silhouette, complemented by the boucle tweed fabric which adds texture without overwhelming the space. The lapis colour is versatile and works particularly well in modern interiors but can also serve as a statement piece in more eclectic or minimalist schemes. Its brass feet lend a subtle touch of sophistication and can easily be paired with other brass accents or warm metals for cohesion. Practical styling tips include balancing the gentle curves of the sofa with sleek coffee tables or angular accessories, and considering soft cushions or throws in complementary hues to enhance comfort and visual interest. It’s a stylish, adaptable piece that can anchor a living room or create a cosy corner in a larger open-plan space.

Heal's is a well-known British furniture store with a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1810 when John Harris Heal and his son started a business for feather products but soon moved into furniture.
By the 1900s, almost everyone in London knew Heal's for its great furniture. Interestingly, they were also among the first to sell electric lights in Britain. During World War II, their main store even helped by making parachutes for soldiers.
