Compass floor lamp by HAY is a floor lamp in aluminium and steel that combines a sculptural design with flexible, functional lighting. The lamp features a rotatable base with 360-degree movement, an adjustable shade, and a curved, extendable arm that makes it easy to direct the light exactly where it’s needed. The built-in dimmer lets you adjust the brightness for everything from focused reading light to a soft ambient glow. The floor lamp is perfect for the living room, by the sofa, or in a reading nook where you want to unite modern design with high functionality.
Our Stylist Says
I love the HAY Compass floor lamp for its sleek, minimalist design and versatile silver finish, which works beautifully in both modern and Scandinavian-inspired interiors. Its slim profile and adjustable arm make it practical for lighting living rooms or reading corners without overwhelming the space. For styling, consider pairing it with neutral-toned furniture and clean-lined accessories to let the lamp’s understated elegance stand out. It also pairs well with textured fabrics and soft furnishings, adding a subtle metallic touch that enhances a calm, contemporary aesthetic. Overall, it’s a functional yet stylish piece that can effortlessly fit into a variety of interiors, making it a smart choice for both form and function.
