Designed by Emily Isabella in collaboration with Anthropologie, our favourite Haverhill Chair now features a lush rainforest print filled with electric blue leopards, sleek peacocks, and an intricate network of blooming, berry-covered branches. Built in a wide-set silhouette with tufted cushions, this modern chair is finished with tapered, brass-accented legs. About Emily Isabella Endlessly inspired by her search for charm in the everyday, Emily's pattern driven work reflects her training in textile design from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Emily Isabella infuses her modern illustrations with expressionist and abstract undertones that recall the stirring works of Picasso and Chagall. Aside from book illustration, her gouache paintings have been applied to product like bedding, clothing, fabric, dishes, rugs, toys and wallpaper. Emily lives in the Hudson Valley, just north of NYC, where her rural surroundings inform much of her work. Her favourite things include perusing flea markets, making friends with wildflowers and travelling to new places both near and far. Her sketchbook is always in tow, just in case she finds a bug that needs its portrait painted or an interior that has a story to share.
