Our Stylist Says
I really like this snuggly mat because it adds a gentle touch of colour and pattern without overwhelming a child's space. Its soft cotton dots in varying hues make it versatile enough to work in both nursery and toddler rooms, especially when paired with neutral or pastel walls. I recommend placing it in a reading nook or play corner to create a cosy, defined area. For styling tips, layer it with plush cushions or a small bouncy chair for extra comfort, and keep the surrounding decor simple to let the rug be the focal point. Its neutral cream background ensures it blends seamlessly into various colour schemes, making it a practical and cheerful addition to any child's room.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
