Our Stylist Says
This purple runner rug is a great choice for adding a pop of colour and a contemporary touch to living or dining spaces. Its plain design makes it versatile, working well in both modern and eclectic interiors. Due to its generous size, it can anchor a seating area or run alongside a bed to create a cosy, polished look. Practical styling tips include layering it over a neutral carpet to give dimension or pairing it with complementary cushions and throws in shades like grey or silver for a cohesive colour palette. Its polypropylene construction also makes it easy to maintain, making it ideal for high-traffic areas or homes with children and pets. Overall, it’s a stylish yet functional piece that can breathe new life into a room effortlessly.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
