Our Stylist Says
I love this rainbow kids’ rug for its vibrant colours and playful design, making it a perfect centrepiece for any child's room or play area. Its multicolour palette ensures it can add brightness and energy to neutral or more colourful interiors alike. The polypropylene material is durable and easy to clean, making it a practical choice for busy family spaces. To style it effectively, consider pairing it with simple, modern furniture in complementary tones or using it as a fun anchor under a small table or reading nook. Layering with soft cushions or toys in matching colours can help create a welcoming, cheerful environment that’s both functional and fun for little ones.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
