Our Stylist Says
I love this kids' rug for its durable polypropylene build, making it ideal for high-traffic play areas in young families. Its dark grey tones offer a versatile, neutral backdrop that works well in modern, Scandinavian, or transitional interiors, helping to ground a lively play space without overwhelming it. Practical styling tips include pairing it with colourful cushions or toys for a pop of colour, or keeping the surrounding furnishings minimal and monochromatic to let the rug stand out. Its sizeable 235cm length makes it perfect for spacious play zones, and the easy-care material ensures practicality for busy households. Overall, it’s an excellent combination of function and style, providing a cosy, dedicated space for kids to play and learn.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
