Our Stylist Says
This handmade woven round rug in plum is a versatile piece that adds warmth and texture to a variety of interiors. I love its natural braided design, which introduces a subtle tactile element, making it perfect for both modern and more traditional spaces. It works particularly well in neutral colour schemes or softly coloured rooms, providing a rich pop of colour without overwhelming the setting. For styling tips, consider placing it under a coffee table or in a cosy corner to anchor the space. Pairing it with natural materials and simple furnishings will enhance its woven detail, creating an inviting and stylish look. It’s practical, too, as the round shape softens angular furniture arrangements and adds a welcoming vibe to living rooms or bedrooms.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
