The Hashira collection was designed by Norm Architects for Audo and is based on Japanese paper lanterns. The portable version of the atmospheric design provides ambient light on the go and brings warm light and a subtle tactile feel to indoor and outdoor spaces. Small in size but large in effect, it has the freedom and flexibility to be taken anywhere. The lamp is equipped with a hidden USB charging socket in the base and offers 10 hours of adjustable light on a full charge. Place the lamp on the charging station, which revives multiple devices in one session, or charge it through a normal socket. The light source is included and permanently installed. It emits warm white light with low brightness. The lamp has a sensor on the lamp with which it can be switched on and off and dimmed in three levels. The battery is charged via the supplied USB cable.
I love this portable linen lamp for its clean, natural aesthetic and versatility. Its understated design works brilliantly in a range of interiors, from relaxed Scandinavian spaces to more contemporary minimalist schemes. The dimmable feature makes it practical for creating different moods, whether for cosy evenings or functional task lighting. To style it effectively, consider pairing it with textured textiles or natural wood furniture to highlight its organic look, and place it on side tables or shelves to add warmth and subtle illumination without overwhelming the space. Its portability also makes it a great option for unexpected table or floor lighting, easily moved to suit your needs.
