Description

Lombok Ceramic Vases are beautiful and unique works of art handmade on the island of Lombok. The vases are made of terracotta, a type of clay, shaped into various forms and sizes. The vases are decorated with patterns inspired by the rich cultural heritage of Indonesia. The designs range from simple geometric patterns to natural motifs. Painted in neutral colours white, cream, and black. The finished products are functional works of art that can be used to hold flowers, plants, or other decorative items. Not only are they aesthetically pleasing, but they are also durable and long-lasting, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. Lombok Ceramic Vases are a fine example of the traditional art of Indonesian pottery and are prized by collectors and enthusiasts alike. Diameter of the neck inside approx. 3.5 cm. Please note Vases are not waterproof.

Our Stylist Says

I love these handpicked Lombok vases for their blend of craftsmanship and neutral tones, making them versatile for many interiors. They work particularly well in contemporary or Scandinavian spaces where their clean, understated style can highlight their unique textures and patterns. Practical styling tips include grouping them together with complementary foliage or dried flowers to create a balanced focal point, or placing them singly on sideboards and shelves to add subtle character. Their neutral cream shade makes them easy to coordinate with different colour schemes, and their handcrafted appeal brings an authentic, tactile element to your decor.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
