Our Stylist Says
I think the bench is a fantastic addition to both traditional and contemporary gardens, thanks to its rustic wooden finish and classic design. It works particularly well in rural-inspired settings or when paired with natural materials, creating a welcoming, laid-back vibe. For styling, consider placing it against a backdrop of greenery or alongside vibrant floral displays to emphasise its earthy tone. Practical tips include layering with soft throws or cushions for extra comfort during the cooler months, and pairing it with lanterns or string lights for cosy outdoor evenings. Its chunky, handmade look makes it a statement piece that adds warmth and character to outdoor terraces or garden corners.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
