Price History
Description
Drawer storage that works hard without dominating the room, the Hampton Grey 5 Plus 2 Chest of Drawers sits comfortably under a window or beside a wardrobe. It gives you 7 drawers in a single piece of furniture. The deeper drawers take jumpers, towels and spare bedding, while the shallower ones suit socks, underwear and the everyday odds and ends that otherwise end up loose in a cupboard. It is finished in Matt White and Grey. It is designed to blend into an existing scheme instead of forcing you to redecorate around it. Overall it measures 90cm wide, 103cm high, 40cm deep. It is always worth checking those figures against your alcove, wall or ceiling height before ordering, particularly in an older property. A quick wipe down is all it takes to keep the finish looking sharp, with no special products needed. Delivered flat packed with everything needed to assemble it, including fixings and a full instruction guide. A sensible, hard-working choice whether you are furnishing a first home, refreshing a family bedroom or fitting out a rental.
Our Stylist Says
I love this white chest of drawers for its clean, versatile look that can suit a range of interiors. Its neutral hue makes it ideal for both contemporary and traditional spaces, providing a fresh and airy feel. The five plus two drawers offer practical storage, perfect for bedrooms or even living areas needing organisation without clutter. Styling tips include layering with some decorative boxes or baskets to enhance the storage, or adding a few well-chosen accessories like candles or plants on top to personalise it. It works well with soft pastel shades for a relaxed vibe or paired with bold, contrasting colours for a modern edge. Overall, this piece offers both function and aesthetic appeal with straightforward styling options.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
