Traditional yet stylish these solid oak chairs complement the Hampton oak extending dining table beautifully with their curved back design. Built to last, the Hampton oak dining table is finished in a clear non-gloss lacquer. The lacquer helps seal and protect the natural oak timber as well as enhancing the appearance of the wood grain on each perfectly crafted panel of this wooden dining table set. As any fine craftsman will tell you, the inlaid grooves on the tabletop prevent bowing by accommodating any natural expansion in the solid oak wood. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
