The Hammershøi candleholder small by Kähler combines modern design with history and a classic idiom. The Hammershøi series is designed by Hans-Christian Bauer but is directly inspired by Svend Hammershøi and his ceramic vases. Hammerhøi was a world known artist that worked in the old Kähler workshop in the early 19th century. His products were characterized by distinctive furrows, something you also can see on the candleholder collection.
