The Hammershøi candleholder medium by Kähler is designed by Hans-Christian Bauer but directly inspired by Svend Hammershøi who worked at Kählers old workshop during the early 19th century. Hammerhøi was mostly known for his voluminous vases with distinctive furrows and you can clearly see the same idiom on this elegant candleholder.
