Description

Whether it's for siblings or sleepovers, bunk beds are loads of fun. This Ultimate bunk is a great example with its stylised chunky design, wide steps on the ladder for climing comfort, and a high guard rail for security and peace of mind. There's also shelving built into the frame so that each young sleeper has a place to put their alarm clock, books and other bedtime essentials - each shelf has a depth of 12cm. The ladder has been designed to be fixed on the right, and each bunk takes a standard single mattress.

Our Stylist Says

I love this bed for its practical yet modern design, making it a great fit for contemporary children's bedrooms. Its grey finish is versatile, working well in neutral schemes, or adding a subtle contrast in rooms with colourful décor. The bunk's sturdy structure and integrated storage options make it functional for families looking to optimise space-perfect for smaller bedrooms. Styling tips include adding playful textiles and cushions in vibrant hues or patterns to bring personality to the grey frame. You could also enhance the look with smart wall-mounted shelving or colourful accessories around the bed to create a cosy, inviting space without clutter. Overall, it’s a stylish, space-efficient choice suitable for a range of interiors.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
