Description

Prepare to be bowled over. Our contemporary glass bowl is striking and sophisticated. Featuring a tapered base and smooth, rounded rim, its modern shape is beautifully bold. Crafted from two-tone tinted glass in orange and yellow, it brings a vibrant pop to a mantle or sideboard. Fill with fruit, candles or enjoy as a standalone piece. Curvy, cool and colourful. Love a lively look? Match with more bright pieces in our Collection. Size H15.7, W25, D25cm.

Our Stylist Says

I love the way this small bowl brings a pop of colour and visual interest to any space. Its two-tone design adds depth and a contemporary edge, making it versatile for both modern and eclectic interiors. It works particularly well in open-plan settings, where it can serve as a statement piece on a sideboard or coffee table. For styling tips, consider pairing it with neutral accessories to let its colour shine, or display it alongside natural materials like wood or stone to create a balanced look. It’s also a practical sculpture-perfect for holding fruit or small decorative objects, making it as functional as it is aesthetic.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
