Description
With elegant curved arms and deep seated cushions, the SWIFT loveseat piave velvet orange sofa gives a nod to a mid-century design. Created in the Habitat design studio, it offers the upmost comfort with plump, feather filled seat cushions and scattered feather filled back cushions. Finishing touches include dark oak legs and stitch details along the curved arms. Upholstered in our most luxurious velvet, this cotton blend fabric has a deep pile so is extremely soft to touch while also being hardwearing.

The Birth of Habitat
In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.
The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.
Rapid Expansion & Legacy
Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.
The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.
Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.
Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.
