Description

Welcome the spirit of winter with our 20 fir and balsam tealights. Notes of clove mingle with pine and maple on a cedar base. The result is a warm, rich woody blend with a hint of sweetness. A fragrance to celebrate, they come in a gift ready box too. Fir Balsam scent. Paraffin wax. Approximate burn time 3 hours. Size H7.8, W7.8, D7cm.

Our Stylist Says

I love this tealight box for its subtle festive scent, making it a versatile choice for many interiors. The fir balsam aroma is ideal for creating a cosy, inviting atmosphere, especially during the winter months. These candles are perfect for layering into a rustic or Scandinavian-inspired space - think wooden surfaces, knitted throws, and neutral palettes - adding warmth without overwhelming the decor. Practical styling tips include using them in clusters on a marble tray or alongside holiday garlands, or placing them in lanterns or clear glass holders to enhance their glow. They work well in both informal and more refined settings, providing a simple way to introduce seasonal fragrance and soft lighting.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
