Add a touch of luxury and romance to your sanctuary with the elegant Savannah double size bed frame. Beautifully upholstered by hand, this bed frame has extra deep buttons on the headboard and foot end, and is covered in a touchably soft velvet fabric. Indulgently comfortable, this is a bed that transforms any bedroom into an oasis of calm and relaxation. Teal, it's a real statement piece.
Our Stylist Says
I love this bed for its bold teal colour and versatile double Ottoman design, offering both visual impact and practical storage. It works particularly well in contemporary or eclectic interiors where a splash of colour can lift the scheme, but it’s also adaptable enough to fit into more muted spaces with complementary accessories. To style around it, consider pairing with neutral bedding and minimalist bedside tables to let the colour stand out, or add textured cushions and throws in contrasting tones for a layered look. Its built-in storage is ideal for decluttering bedrooms, making it a practical focal point that doesn’t compromise on style.

About Habitat
The Birth of Habitat
In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.
The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.
Rapid Expansion & Legacy
Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.
The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.
Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.
Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.
Innovation & Collaboration
Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.
Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
