Description
Strong and sophisticated form. The Habitat Salisbury is beautifully crafted using top quality Italian semi aniline leather. It has a subtle creasing, to give this 4-seater a timeless distressed finish. Its beautiful scroll arms offer a classical touch. We love the look of the wide wooden feet, that raise the sofa from the ground. A chic choice.
Our Stylist Says
I love this tan leather sofa for its versatile and timeless appeal-perfectly suited to both traditional and contemporary interiors. Its classic shape and warm hue make it an inviting focal point that works well with a variety of colour schemes, from neutral tones to statement wallpapers. For styling, consider adding textured cushions or throws to create visual interest and soften the leather's sleek finish. It’s practical too, as leather ages well and can be easily cleaned, making it ideal for family living or entertaining spaces. Position it in a spacious living room with minimal clutter to let the sofa be the star, or style it alongside wooden accents and soft textiles to craft a cosy, laid-back atmosphere.

About Habitat
The Birth of Habitat
In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.
The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.
Rapid Expansion & Legacy
Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.
The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.
Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.
Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.
Innovation & Collaboration
Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.
Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
