Description

Spruce up your sofa with Sahara. This geometric cushion in white and grey brings a fresh, modern accent to your lounge or bedroom. Hand woven in 100% cotton, a contemporary diamond design gives this cool cover an organic feel. Detachable too, you can zip it off whenever it needs a refresh. Shape up for snuggle time.

Our Stylist Says

I love this stripey bolster for adding a subtle geometric touch to a variety of interiors. The Sahara cushion's grey tones make it incredibly versatile, working well in both modern and Scandinavian-inspired spaces, or even adding a layer of texture to more eclectic settings. It’s great for throwing on a sofa or armchair to create a relaxed, inviting feel. For styling tips, pair it with other neutral cushions for a cohesive look, or mix with textures like knits or faux fur cushions to add visual interest. Its compact size makes it ideal for layering, and the understated pattern keeps it from overpowering a room, making it a practical choice for elevating your space with minimal effort.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
