Straight out of the Habitat archive, meet Rory. Re-imagined. One of our all-time, favourite bunk beds with a fluid and stylish look. Designed to stand the test of time, retro Rory has an integral ladder and an immensely strong tubular steel frame and slatted base. But the best bit, no sharp edges. Powder coated in a rich red to add colour and playfulness to the bedroom. Bring it on kids. Part of the Rory collection. Bunk: Single bed. Red bed with a metal and metal frame. Includes metal slats. The Birth of Habitat
In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.
The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.
