Description

Open and airy. That's the beauty of our solid oak, super simple bedside table set. Bedside aware there is not a sharp corner on the stylishly, crafted design. Designed for minimalists who like to be clutter free there is still a single drawer in each unit for messy items like ear pods, phone or glasses. Understated but highly rated we love this pair of storage units that work as well by a sofa as they do by the bedside. One of life's little multitaskers. Part of the Radius collection. Bedside table: 2 bedside table(s). Size H55, W49, D37.6cm. Internal drawer size H4, W39, D31cm. 1 drawer. Fully assembled requires 1 person. Weight 12kg. Our Stylist Says

I love these bedside tables for their simple, classic design and the light oak finish, which adds warmth without overpowering a room. They work particularly well in Scandinavian-inspired interiors, rustic schemes, or any space aiming for a natural, understated look. Practical styling tips include keeping surfaces clutter-free with a focussed tray or a lamp, while the open shelf is perfect for books or organisational baskets. The single drawer adds handy storage for smaller items like chargers or skincare essentials, making these tables both stylish and functional for any bedroom setup.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
