Description

Your style is unique, so your wardrobe should be too. The Munich wardrobe range is all about mixing and matching. At over 2 metres tall, the Munich 6-door, double mirrored wardrobe maximises the space available in your bedroom and provides ample room for clothing, accessories and more. In a stylish anthracite grey, it comes with 3 large adjustable shelves and 6 hanging rails that can be positioned to suit your needs. Assembly is straightforward and can be achieved by two people. Munich is simple, sophisticated storage at its best.

Our Stylist Says

I love this wardrobe for its sleek, modern aesthetic and versatile colour palette, making it a great statement piece in both contemporary and minimalist interiors. The anthracite finish adds a touch of sophistication while remaining practical for hiding dust and fingerprints. Its generous 6-door design offers ample storage, and the integrated mirrors are perfect for enhancing light and creating a sense of space in smaller rooms. Style-wise, it pairs well with neutral or monochrome schemes, but can also serve as a contrasting element in more colourful interiors. Practical tips include pairing it with streamlined bedside tables or open shelving to keep the overall look fresh and uncluttered, and positioning it where natural light can bounce off the mirrors to further open up the space.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
