Description

Our artisan mango wood vase is an eye-catching piece. With a layered variation of organic natural grains it is highly decorative exuding warmth and character.

Our Stylist Says

I love this vase for its natural, earthy vibe that suits a variety of interiors, from minimalist spaces to boho-inspired looks. The warm wood tones bring a tactile softness, making it a versatile piece that pairs well with dried flowers, grasses, or simply on its own as a sculptural accent. It works particularly well in living rooms or entryways where you want to add a touch of texture without overpowering the overall decor. For styling tips, consider pairing it with similar wooden or neutral items, and don’t hesitate to vary the height of your floral arrangements for an effortlessly curated look. Its timeless shape and natural finish make it a flexible choice that can adapt to different interiors over time.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
