There's something romantic about an arched shaped mirror. The gentle curves are never out of vogue. Ours is framed in natural mango wood, with its warm, rich, multi shaded grain. The Birth of Habitat
In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.
The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.
