Description

The Camden 4+2 Drawer Chest is pastel perfection in this soft and cosy 2-tone colour with acacia wood effect. It's got loads of storage for your little one's clothes and accessories with a deep bottom drawer, 3 mid drawers and 2 smaller top drawers. The smooth circular inset handles mean there are no sticky-out bits to bash into. And the easy-glide metal runners on the drawers make them light and easy to open and close. Perfect.

Our Stylist Says

I love the Camden 4+2 in grey and acacia for its versatile design and practical storage solution. Its neutral tones and clean lines make it suitable for a variety of nursery or children’s room interiors, especially those with Scandi or modern minimalist themes. The combination of drawers and an open top provides ample space for organising clothes, toys, and essentials, keeping the room tidy. Styling suggestions include pairing it with soft, pastel-coloured accessories or natural wood finishes to enhance its calming aesthetic. You might also consider adding colourful baskets or decorative labels to make the storage more engaging for kids while remaining functional.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
