Its chunky look with rounded edges make this a sturdy sideboard, ideal for a busy household. The surface shows off the natural grains and knots of the wood and the contrasting dark grey tone is warm and inviting. Perfect for cosying up a lounge. With 2 drawers and 2 cupboards, there's plenty of room to store anything from your finest crockery and glasses to files, books and stationery. The metal cup handles are a fabulous finishing touch for the Kent's classic look. Part of the Kent collection. Made from oak and oak veneer. Size H 85, W 89.6, D40cm. Antique bronze effect handles. 2 drawers with wooden runners. 2 doors. 1 fixed shelf. Weight 23kg. Fully assembled. If this product is over 60cm high it must be securely attached to the wall to prevent overturning. In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.
The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.
