In fact, a skilled artisan will spend up to 10 hours on a single rug, weaving and looping the thick jute. The coloured cotton wrapped fringe creates an aesthetically pleasing edge. An earthy, honest flooring that will calm any space. Follow through with the natural theme of this large jute rug by adding more tactile textures. Such as cushions, curtains and throws. The Birth of Habitat
In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.
