The clever curved design means everything's to hand. And three box shelves offer a stylish place to stow pens and stationary. There's a cut-out for your cable to keep everything neat and tidy. Our Stylist Says

I love the Habitat Jolene corner desk for its clean, minimalist design and versatile white finish, making it a perfect addition to contemporary or Scandinavian-inspired interiors. Its small footprint is ideal for compact spaces, such as home offices or study corners, while the built-in shelving offers practical storage without cluttering the aesthetic. Styling tips include pairing it with light-toned or matching white furniture to enhance the airy feel, and adding some colourful accessories or a statement chair to introduce personality. To keep the look fresh, a few plants or sleek desk organisers can also elevate the overall space, making it both functional and visually appealing.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
