Description

Hey Hygge with it. Our Elouise throw brings a casual Scandi vibe to proceedings with its soft, subtle blend of black and white. Made in India using a boucle loop technique, it's cosy and tactile, making it the perfect companion for box sets on the sofa or early nights in bed. Looks beautiful paired with natural tones and warm wood. 74% acrylic, 13% wool. Size L170, W130cm. Dry clean only.

Our Stylist Says

I love this pink boucle throw for its cosy texture and versatile colour-perfect for adding a pop of warmth to neutral interiors. It works well styled over a sofa or armchair in a living space that aims for comfort and understated elegance. In terms of practical tips, draping it loosely for a relaxed look or folding it neatly at the foot of a bed can instantly introduce layers and texture to your room. Because of its soft hue, it pairs nicely with greys, creams, or even deep jewel tones, making it a flexible choice for various interior themes from Scandi to modern vintage.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
