A contemporary rug with a distinctive distressed design. Soothing muted colours form an abstract pattern that's subtly soothing. Lightweight and easy to move, it has a woven, non-slip backing. Made in Turkey. Easy to keep clean its washing machine friendly. It is recommended to take it to a professional laundry service due to the size of the rug, or ensure the laundering appliance is large enough for the rug. Made in Turkey. 78% polyester, 13% regenerated cotton, and 9% viscose. Woven non-slip backing. 30C machine washable. Size L120, W170cm. Blue Abstract design. The Birth of Habitat
In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.
The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.
