Description

Perfume your room with our amber alabaster multi wick candle. A fragrant summer scent poured into a bowl and glazed in delicate soft pinks. Fresh and delightful. And after the candle has finally burnt down? The pretty pottery holder is certainly a keeper. Amber Alabaster scent. Paraffin wax. Approximate burn time 23 hours. Size H6, W16, D16cm. Diameter 16cm.

Our Stylist Says

I love this candle for its warm, amber glow that adds cosy ambience to any space. It works particularly well in relaxed, understated interiors such as Scandi or boho styles, where natural textures and neutral tones dominate. For styling, consider placing it on a wooden or marble tray alongside some dried botanicals or minimal accessories to elevate a coffee table or sideboard. Due to its neutral hues and versatile shape, it pairs effortlessly with other ceramics and soft textiles, making it a great multifunctional addition to both living rooms and bedrooms. Just ensure to trim the wicks and burn it in a clear, well-ventilated spot to maximise its visual and aromatic impact.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
