Our Habitat Bali side table is special. The inspiration of Will Hudson, an award-winning designer who wanted to create a sustainable but beautiful side table in ceramic. So with a soft teal reactive glaze in mind, he created the curvaceous form that would showcase the high gloss finish in all its glory. And what a result. Each Bali table is unique thanks to the firing process but alike enough to allow you to create an exquisite pair. We think Bali is a keeper. A timeless piece that will be prized for years to come. The Birth of Habitat
In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.
The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.
