Description

Imagined as a perfect dining companion, the Gustave Table Lamp is Vincent Van Dusyen's latest endeavour for Flos. Compact, elegant, and adaptable, the portable Gustave is crafted from aluminium and acrylic, rechargeable through the included USB-C cable, and completed with IP54 protection for occasional outdoor use. Its components are conveniently replaceable and recyclable. Named after Monsieur Gustave H., the protagonist in Wes Anderson's Grand Budapest Hotel, the lamp's inspirations know no bounds, as the design was also influenced by the lighting arrangements of the late Austrian architect Adolf Loos.

Our Stylist Says

I love this lamp for its playful yet sophisticated shape, which adds a modern touch to both contemporary and eclectic interiors. Its bold green lacquer finish makes it a real statement piece, ideal for bringing a pop of colour into neutral living rooms, bedrooms, or home offices. Practical styling tips include placing it alongside minimalist furniture for a fresh look or using it as a colourful accent in more layered, textured spaces. It works well on sideboards, console tables, or in a quirky reading nook, lending both function and a distinctive aesthetic flair. The gloss finish also means it’s easy to wipe clean, making it both stylish and practical.
