Description

Enhance your decor with our Grooved Ceramic Vase in Cream, a sophisticated and textured piece that adds depth and elegance to any space. The grooved design showcases an aesthetically captivating pattern, while the creamy colour complements a variety of interior styles. Its medium size makes it ideal for displaying your favourite flowers or as a standalone decorative accent.

Our Stylist Says

I love this vases for its understated elegance and subtle texture, making it a versatile piece that can complement both modern and more traditional interiors. Its cream tone adds warmth and works well in neutral palettes, but it can also easily be integrated into a colour-pop scheme for added visual interest. For styling, consider using it with dried florals or simple greenery to highlight its shape without overwhelming a space. It’s practical for various settings, whether as a standalone statement or part of a larger arrangement, and looks particularly effective on coffee tables, sideboards, or shelving units where its tactile pattern gains prominence.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
