I’m a fan of the Virgo chair in grey for its clean lines and subtle grid stitching - it brings just the right amount of texture without overpowering a scheme. The padded faux-leather seat makes it comfortable for long dinners, while the slim black legs keep the look light. It works equally well in a minimalist Scandi dining space or an industrial loft: pair it with a pale oak or concrete-style table and layer in a woven seat pad or muted cushion for warmth. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
