Description

With Australian origins, this skin was originally developed back in the 1980's in Somerset by Fenlands an artisan tannery, just down the road from Owen Barry. Yetti inherited its name from the Himalayan Snowman: but this Yetti skin is a far more robust version of the popular Tibetan/Mongolian Lamb. For everyday use Yetti is unbeatable, it has the stunning shaggy wool profile, which is very easily maintained, being hardwearing and a head-turning accompaniment in any household.

Our Stylist Says

I love the grey sheepskin Yeti rug for its luxurious texture and versatile neutral tone, which makes it a great layering piece in both modern and traditional interiors. It works particularly well in cosy living rooms, bedrooms, or even as an accent on a leather armchair or bed. Its simplicity and tactile quality can soften harder surfaces or furnishings, adding warmth and comfort. Practical styling tips include pairing it with other natural materials like wood or linen to create a relaxed, inviting atmosphere, and it’s best placed in low-traffic areas to keep the sheepskin looking their best. Keep it slightly folded or layered for added texture, and it’ll elevate a space with minimal effort.
