I’m a fan of the Monaco chair in grey because its slim, cantilevered frame and faux-leather upholstery strike a balance between comfort and clean lines. It works especially well in contemporary or Scandinavian-inspired dining rooms, and can even soften an industrial space when paired with a reclaimed-wood table.
For styling, keep your palette neutral - charcoal, ivory and light timber all complement the grey finish - and introduce a textured wool rug beneath the table to ground the look. If you’d like a splash of colour, add simple linen seat cushions in muted terracotta or sage green, then echo those tones in artwork or tableware.
