The unmistakeable skyscrapers of New York's Midtown Manhattan dominate this abstract work by artist Gregory Lang, printed on canvas and float mounted in a frame. Gregory Lang is an American painter, best known for his urban landscape paintings. A New England native, Gregory was influenced by the region's industrial surroundings before, at age 19, he moved to Berlin to study architecture - arriving only fourteen months after the fall of the Berlin Wall. Whilst in Berlin, Lang was exposed to a great deal of the underground outsider art emerging from the East and this had a big influence on his work. Today, editions of his urban landscape paintings are printed and distributed to over 70 countries worldwide. Lang's abstract paintings create a statement on a wall. A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion
John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
