Description
To create our beautiful Green and Red Tulips Cotton Ikat cushion, we use hand-woven and hand-dyed fabrics known as Ikat materials. In Uzbekistan the Ikat technique is called Abrband, which is an ancient way of creating designs in fabric by resist-dyeing the threads before the fabric is woven. This technique produces a distinctive vibrancy of colour and design. Each item is made with a tremendous amount of care and with our own heritage rooted in Uzbekistan, we work directly with artisans that we know and who are among the most talented in their field. Double faced Cotton Ikat cushion finished with red piping.
