Description
This unique metal sign is the perfect addition to Grandad's workshop. With its quirky design and bold text, it will add a fun personal touch to any workspace. The text reads Grandad's Workshop. Open all day every day' and will show Grandad how much he is appreciated.
Our Stylist Says
I love this sign as a statement piece, especially for adding a touch of vintage charm to a workshop, garage, or even a casual kitchen. Its green colour provides a nice pop of colour without overwhelming a space, making it versatile for both rustic and industrial interiors. To style it effectively, consider placing it against a neutral wall or within a gallery wall of other quirky artwork or signage. It works well above a workbench or in a cosy corner to create a personalised, lived-in feel. Practical tip: ensure it’s hung at eye level for maximum impact, and pair it with complementary metallic or wooden accents for a cohesive look.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
