Description

A natural round rug, woven from textured seagrass with a geometric star design, a bohemian addition to your sitting room or bedroom. Diameter 90cm. Made of seagrass. Remove spills immediately by blotting with a dry cloth. Professional cleaning is recommended. Loose threads can be trimmed with clean, sharp scissors. This product is woven from natural materials so the size, pattern and colour will vary.

Our Stylist Says

I love this star seagrass rug for adding natural texture and a touch of warmth to a variety of interiors. Its small size makes it ideal for cosy corners, under side tables, or in entryways, where it can subtly anchor a space without overwhelming it. This rug works especially well in coastal or bohemian schemes, complementing rattan furniture and light, earthy tones. For styling tips, consider layering it over larger neutral rugs for added dimension or pairing it with white or linen textiles to enhance its relaxed, organic vibe. Its durable seagrass finish also makes it practical for high-traffic areas within the home.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
