Description

Originally illustrated by naturalist James Bolton in the 18th century, this beautifully vivid print showcases the collection of fellow naturalist Anne Blackburne, featuring shells, plants, and insects. Digitally restored, it has been expertly printed using archival-quality inks on high-grade paper and set in a solid oak frame.

Our Stylist Says

I love this piece for its charming vintage vibe and detailed illustration style. The hummingbird and flowers print works well in both modern and eclectic interiors, adding a touch of natural beauty and colour. It’s a versatile size at 50 x 70cm, perfect for a statement wall above a sideboard, in a reading nook, or paired with other botanical prints for a gallery wall. Practical styling tips include pairing it with neutral or earthy tones to let the colours pop, or contrasting it with bold wallpapers for an eclectic look. The oak frame provides a warm, timeless finish that complements both traditional and contemporary spaces, making it an easy and stylish update for many interiors.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
