Description

A subtle yet luxurious mid-century table lamp with an iron base printed to look like marble and topped with an opaque globe. Perfect for the minimalist bedroom as a bedside lamp or to add an ambient glow to any room in the house.

Our Stylist Says

I love this globe-style lamp for its sleek, sculptural presence and versatility. The marble base adds a touch of luxury, making it suitable for both modern and classic interiors, from minimalist living rooms to sophisticated bedrooms. It works particularly well styled on sideboards, bedside tables, or console tables where it can serve as a statement piece. For practical tips, consider pairing it with soft, neutral colour schemes to highlight its natural marble tones, or contrasting it with richer, darker shades for a more dramatic effect. Its warm glow makes it perfect for creating cosy ambient lighting, and layering it with other textured accessories can elevate your space effortlessly.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
