Description

Handcrafted in the UK by a lovely family business, our Diana sofa is an elegant sofa with a tall curved button back and an enveloping feel. A contemporary take on the classic Chesterfield style, each supportive sofa is handcrafted with a tall, curved button back and arms. The Diana is available in two sofas sizes and an ottoman which are made to order in an array of fabrics. Pictured: two and a half seater sofa in Blue Savoy Stain Guarded Velvet.

Our Stylist Says

I love the graham and green diana ottoman for its timeless, vintage-inspired charm and versatile style. The chalk bouclé finish adds texture and a cosy feel, making it a great statement piece in both classic and eclectic interiors. It works particularly well in relaxed living rooms, paired with neutral tones and antique finishes, but can also serve as a focal point in more contemporary spaces with its soft, inviting silhouette. For styling tips, consider layering with textured cushions or throws on nearby seating to emphasise its cosy appeal. Additionally, placing it on a patterned or neutral rug can help ground the space and highlight its craftsmanship while keeping functionality in mind with its dual role as both footstool and subtle additional seating.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
